WHAT IS 26&2?


Bikram yoga. Hot hatha yoga. Original hot yoga. 26&2.

These are only some of the names used to describe this life-changing practice, yet they all mean the same key thing:

  • 90-minute practice

  • in a heated room (or, ahem, an awesome dome??)

  • made up of 26 postures (repeated twice!)

  • &...2 breathing exercises

These are the fundamental components that make up this healing yoga practice that is designed for beginning and experienced practitioners alike. This practice is curated for EVERYBODY and for EVERY BODY.

WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE


My why is simple, honestly and truly. I teach and practice this yoga because it saved my life.

As a young, supposedly "healthy" 20-year old I was on the recommended path towards 3 separate surgeries to fix my 3 herniated discs, torn tendons, and issues caused by my degenerative arthritis. After 16 years of a dedicated practice, I feel better at 40 than I did when I was "young".

This yoga exists to make your quality of life better. So please, bring that "broken" body over here and let's move together so we can live a GOOD life.
