My why is simple, honestly and truly. I teach and practice this yoga because it saved my life.
As a young, supposedly "healthy" 20-year old I was on the recommended path towards 3 separate surgeries to fix my 3 herniated discs, torn tendons, and issues caused by my degenerative arthritis. After 16 years of a dedicated practice, I feel better at 40 than I did when I was "young".
This yoga exists to make your quality of life better. So please, bring that "broken" body over here and let's move together so we can live a GOOD life.
